Shanghai Old Temple Gold is good or Lao Fengxiang

Recently, I have a friend who wants to buy gold. I went to the gold shop to see some salesperson introduced that the old Shanghai Temple gold was good, but I also said that Lao Fengxiang was good. I do n’t know what brand of buying. Any friend clearly gives an opinion.
